•[צָעָה S 6808 TWOT 1944 GK 7579 ] vb. stoop, bend, incline (Arabic صَغَا ( و, ى ) ( ṣağā (w, y) ) incline, lean , cf. also صَغِىَ ( ṣağiya ) ) ;— Qal Pt. 1. צֹעֶה Is 51:14 one stooping (under a burden), 63:1 bending (forward or backward; from abundant strength), but read prob. צֹעֵד marching ( Lo Gr Che Du Di-Kit al. ); f. אַתְּ צֹעָה זֹנָה Je 2:20 (in sensu obscoeno). 2. trans. ( = Pi. q.v .) pl. צֹעִים Je 48:12 men inclining, tipping a vessel, to empty it. Pi. Pf. 3 pl. sf. וְצֵעֻהוּ Je 48:12 I will send tippers and they shall tip him over (Moab, under fig. of vessel).
